Soya Goodrich Limited is a 15 year old Company running a Rs. 4 crore Plant in shimoga for the manufacture of Full Fat soya and Lecithin.The Company is selling both of these products to a number of Poultry and shrimp Integration in South India. |

Soyabean though a superb sources of nutrients,cannot be fed to animals in its raw state because of the presence of the anti-nutritive factors-Trypsin inhibitors.Urease & Haemogglutinins(Lectins)which adversely affect the digestive efficiency,but can be reduced to safe levels by heat processing. |

For making full Fat Soya,the Company has adopted a unique Steam-Drying Technology from 'INTSOY',USA,which includes progressive cooking and drying of whole soyabeans by controlling 4 important variables,namely Time,Temperature,Pressure and Moisture.As a result,the Trypsin Inhibitor and Urease activities in Soya are brought down to very low levels,while Protein Solubility Index (PSI) is mainted at very high level.Oil in Goodrich processed Full Fat Soya is stable in the bean,preventing the occurrence of rancidity,unlike free soya oil. |

Full Fat Soya has been regarded as a viable alternate for the conventional practice of adding Soya DOC and Soya Oil separately to the poultry Feeds. |

Although Full Fat Soya is relatively a new raw material in Asia,its unique nutritional qualities have led to its outstanding success in Europe & America in the production of high performance diets,especially for poultry & shrimps. |
