Process Details -
a.

Prepared from whole soyabeans, which are graded in 5 mm mesh. Fully processed and steam-cooked to improve the nutritional qualities and to destroy anti-trypsic factors, most of Lipases, Ureases and Haemogglutinins. It is ensured in the process that soyabeans are handled carefully, so that there is no solidification of proteins or no denaturation of amino acids. The product is ready for use. It needs no further cooking. If need be, no nutritional damage will occur if it is subject to high temperature during pelletisation of aqua feeds.

b.

After removing anti-nutritional elements, soyabeans are died in low temperature for long times, from 10-12 hours to prevent discolouration & mailliard reaction.

c.

Adhering sand, silica, stones & other farm residues are more or less completely removed in the process, as our plant is set up for human grade. Our animal grade full-fat soya flour is almost equal to human grade. The product can very well meet the international phyto-sanitary standards for quality, hygiene & micro-biological aspects like Coliform, Salmonella, total bacterial counts & Aflatoxin.

d. The product is de-hulled to ensure that husk contents are completely removed. Hence the product is ideal for shrimp feeding under extensive, semi-intensive or intensive systems, where fibre contents are to be maintained at most minimum levels.
Applications-

Single source of Protein & Fat in the formulation of Shrimp & Fish feeds, Pet feeds, poultry feeds and also an ideal substitute for milk powder in young animal rations.

Special Advantage -

Apart from other advantages, we have found that Poultry & shrimp feed manufacturers are using GoodRich full-fat soya flour as against extrusion-cooked full-fat soya flour manufactured by others, for the reason that GoodRich Soya Flour carries stabilized oil with it. There is no danger of oil coming out from the oil cells & making the surface of poultry or shrimp feeds oily at the time of further processing/compounding, which is a common problem faced by many of the poultry/shrimp feed manufacturers, using extruded full-fat soya. GoodRich processing ensures stability of oil in the flour, resulting in maximum shelf life.
